Bankbonkiness

Santander, you're a huge, safe European Bank?

Yes.

Okay, lend us a squillion £s.

Why?

Coz we invested in the above bloke's fund and it turned out to be worthless.

Oh! So did we. You've got more hope of finding a shocking pink millipede or a Ninja cat than getting a loan from us!

What about all us little people who have savings with you or your subsidaries?

and

Who? Hahahahahahaha!!!

Sad but true. There are too many bad things going on in this world at the moment. Wish I was an ostrich. I've got the LARGE bum just not the legs to go with it. :)
Love the ninja so sweeeeeeet.

I really hope you can get your money out in time. I love the pink millipede and Ninja kitty. I hope Bernie has some bad stuff coming his way.

These banks are just outrageous as well as stupid! Makes our Mum seethe.

Pink Millipede, he looks yummy but is probably poisonous. Still beautiful though. We adore Ninja kitty, what a smart little kitten.

Gabbi and Ash are to be adopted by our vet! We are so happy, they will have a huge house and garden and will receive the very best of care. Her last cat (incidentally one our Mum rescued in town 19 yrs ago - he had an horrific collar injury and was only 6mths old) just had to be put to sleep as he had a brain tumour and it was finally causing him pain and some sudden and serious dementia symptoms. He was a lovely fella.

Thanks for the award!

Yes a Ponzi scheme - that's what I was thinking as I was reading the BBC article you linked to. I don't know much about the current global banking crisis except that at least in the UK they've perhaps lowered the interest rates for people with money in the banks there and my brother who has an account in HSBC in UK was a little upset about it. Anyway I hope that the issue is resolved soon and citizens don't suffer any more.
The ninja kitteh is hilarious! Thanks for sharing it. Have a great week and happy holidays in advance :)

hehe, us Ballicai love the ninja kitty and the millipede! And the bank stuffies -- we Ballicai don't know much about it but Momma agrees it's a big fat MESS.

Sendin love to you, Black Cat, and wishes for a happy holiday season!
