Ever since I have been wondering who to nominate. This is really difficult because I love so many blogs, even though I can’t get round them all every day, and also I think just about everykitty has received it. So *taking a deep breath* I nominate:
William, because not only do I love his blog, but he was the first blogging cat I came across.
Chase, Kaze and Latte because they are lovely cats and they allow their horsie sister to borrow their blogs from time to time, which is very kind of them.
Rocky the (formerly) Gutter Cat because he rocks!
Katie and Puddy because they have interesting and informative things to say and often delicious food!
I’m not sure how many of these awards I’m allowed to pass on so I hope families won’t mind sharing! I’m sure it must be permissible for those of you with separate blogs (like Marilyn MonREOW and Chase, Kaze and Latte) to post it on each of your blogs.

My uncle and his family live very close to the fire (they live in Orange County in southern California). They are watching hour by hour to see if they have to evacuate. I am very worried about them.
My auntie lives in San Diego. Dey are on "notice." My couzins have already been evacuated, and da other set of couzinz is also waitin. Da kitteeez & da dawgz have gone with. So all iz well, but pleaze hold good thoughtz fur dere homez.

I'm sorry--I must have spazzed last night because I thought I'd left a comment. Maybe because after reading about your dinner mishap my mom told me about the time she dropped dinner in her lap right from the oven and wound up with second degree burns. I'm glad that didn't happen to you!

thanks for the kind thoughts for those of us in the fire messes. thankfully there have only been a few reported lost lives. But it's sad all the lost homes. It's great to meet you thru Katie and Puddy. blogs are so fun!
