Apparently it's Pi Day today and it seems this date was chosen because Merickians write the date back-to-front, so it reads 3/14, or 3.14, i.e the number of Pi to the first two decimal places. Isn't that great?

I never even heard about Pi day before now. I must be a little bit dumb. But I am up for some pie!
